Ingredients 

Pain Reliever (Acetaminophen 150 mg)

Antihistamine (Chlorpheniramine Maleate 0.67 mg)

Cough Suppressant  (Dextromethorphan HBr 5 mg)

Nasal Decongestant (Phenylephrine HCI 2.5 MG)

How to Use: Take 1 ½ to 2 tablespoons (22.5 to 30 mL) every 6 or 8 hours, Children from 2 to 6 years old: 1 to 1 ½ teaspoon (5 to 7.5 mL) every 6 to 8 hours, Children from 6 to 12 years: 2 to 3 teaspoons (10 to 15 mL) every 6 to 8 hours.
